However, natural one-eyed ghouls like Eto are able to taste and consume human food without negative effects.

Kaneki/Haise on the other hand is unable to eat food, but is able to partake in coffee. You can see this in the scene where he makes food for the Quinx but does not eat himself. The other ghouls of course are still only having their coffee and people to eat.

Quinx only digest human food and they do not crave human flesh like half-ghouls and normal ghouls do. Even so, devouring human flesh still triggers responses from their Rc cells, increasing the overall abilities of a Quinx.

True to his loyal nature, he sacrifices himself to Kaneki when he finds him down and out in the Tokyo sewers. Kaneki has gone out of his mind, babbling irrationally in a state of being half kakuja. Hide lets Kaneki eat his face to get back his strength.

However, Kaneki's tongue had remained unaltered so he should have been able to eat and taste human food but not be able to digest them. Inspite of this, we see Kaneki say that food tastes bad to him and he uses adjectives such as ash to describe the taste.

Eto Yoshimura and Ichika Kaneki are the only confirmed natural-born half-ghouls. One-eyes ghouls, similar to quinx, become stronger the more they are hurt. Naturally born one eyed ghouls, have shown capable of eating human food unlike their artificially made counterparts.

Some biology meta have hypothesized that ghouls produce no rc cells of their own (which is why they require human flesh), but as Eto is partly human it already produces some of the rc cells it needs. Due to this, she is able to more completely satisfy her ghoul hunger, and thus she is able to eat human food as well.

Kaneki is the first known artificial one-eyed ghoul. His unique half ghoul state is what later inspires the idea of the Quinx.

But the transplant he undergoes to cure his injuries is done using Rize's organs: Kaneki's own body begins to turn into that of a ghoul, normal food starts tasting disgusting to him, and he rapidly understands that only human meat will placate his hunger.

Yes they can actually there is an audio drama and an omake (link is to a translated post sorry I can't find a official translation) on the subject. Ghouls can drink alcohol if it's distilled from human blood. (there is a running gag where Yomo becomes very talkative when he's drunk.)

So what is the true reason behind Arima's inhuman powers? Well, the answer is simply because he is indeed not a human. Kishou Arima, along with other people who come from the Sunlit Garden like him, is actually a half-human and half-ghoul. He was bred by the researchers in the Sunlit Garden to be a powerful soldier.

Seeing how Ghouls can drink certain liquids, (coffee is most often seen), we can say that milk would be a liquid that Ghouls can drink, since it's sometimes mixed with coffee. So we can assume that the Ghouls can drink milk either way.

female

A flashback reveals that he was born female, but was unable to reconcile his feelings of discomfort towards his gender. As such, he began living as a man and uses highly-masculine personal pronouns, even when such informal language is not socially appropriate.

Tooru Mutsuki is, biologically, a female. In the early part of the story she prefers to be identified as a male but later on, she seems to accept herself and her feelings as a girl.

After managing to break free, it is implied that Kaneki Ken eats Jason, especially in the anime. However, Kaneki's intention was just to eat his Kagune. Since Kaneki didn't have much to do with Jason, he was left to die right there as Kaneki made his way out.

Yamori was never eaten up by Kaneki. Kaneki only ate his kagune and left him for dead.
